"Impending gastronomic disorder": New restaurant's fusion style criticised by potential customers

Restaurant food enthusiasts in Brighton yesterday expressed their disapproval of a newly opened restaurant's supposed dynamic approach to the fusion of food from different cultures.
Owner of Senor Buddha, Lee Shipley was featured in an article on The Argus newspaper where he spoke of his "experiment in taste" which he hoped to achieve by adding Asian flavours to his Spanish cuisine.

Graze restaurant faces closure till September when it re-launches as "MARKET"

One of Hove's finest restaurants, Graze is set to close its doors to customers on July 25 for a remodeling that is to last for the next five weeks.
The fine dining resturant will be going through a reconstruction in its physical structure, its dining style and will be taking on a new name, "MARKET".

Neighbour Food Collection returns to Brighton in July for the sixth time since inception as part of FareShare’s rigorous campaign against hunger and food waste across the UK.
This year, FareShare partners again with Tesco as it had done in previous editions of the Food Collection series and all of Tesco’s stores across Brighton and Hove buzzed with activities as customers were engaged in giving to the needy.
