The dining scene in Brighton is one of the most vibrant in the UK and this site takes a look into its diversities

Brighton and Hove has a history of being one of England's top cities because it is surrounded by a sea and a vast majority of vibrant people who always dare to be different. The restaurants, food trucks and market stalls are a significant part of the increasingly thriving tourism industry in the city. Brighton can boast of over 400 restaurants in different parts of the city with most of them situated on the seafront to cater to beach goers and tourists. The lanes, North Laine and London Road are the other parts of Brighton to explore for food heterogeneity.  Brighton Foodstyle is a multimedia journalism project that aims to showcase this wealth of variety whilst also informing and educating the audience about some of the underlying issues in the food sector in Brighton.
